Grid Drive on the 2022-09-24 - Retro Grid-Drive from 2021-10-21
The end of the month - that meaning, it's RCC / Biker-Time ... and/or "Retro Grid-Drive".
Usual Brandi is planing once the month a "biker orientated" drive, but that focus more on the "Mid-Day"-drivers and have often also a party at the end.
For the "Mid-Night"-drivers is often an older drive refreshed and be done as "Retro Grid-Drive".
This time it is one, I was also make in the past a video about, that time "only pictures" - this time it's "hybrid", as I do them since a while.
Photos are faster to handle ... and are usual in a better quality, but you see not that much from the drive itself ... and a video telling better a story.
This retro-drive was also enhanced with a "Bonus Leg", but that is an other story.

I was make a bit a joke about the "Bass" ... which is a fish-species ... but also the low vibrations on music. It wasn't help, that some fishes was also called "Drum" and something else ... but I have so much idea about fishing, than about driving without accidents.

Grid Drive on the 2022-09-03 ... with GTFO
An other visit of some kinda fresh created Linden-Homes to see also the progress.
After making use of the still new water-passage between Bellisseria and one of the old continents, was then also come come GTFO-tasks with a bunch of Off-Road time.
The reward was have a value of around at least 1500 L$ ... more without a group-discount.
And the drivers and drives are free to join.

Grid Drive on the 2022-08-27
This drive was also a pretty long one ...
... and once more making for a major part use of the meanwhile well know roads of the "Sansara"-continent. I might be wrong ... and maybe it's also "just that annoying bridge", but somehow it feels, as if we was the last 6-8 weeks "nearly anytime" on that continent around.
I was call it "From Zero to Hero", as we started "(sub) zero" in a winter-wonderland ...
... which is a bit strange, if you sit in RL at 30°C (plus) ... but SL don't know the weather-change "average" ...
... and the destination was the "NatureCon (2022)", where the protection of nature ... makes you feel like a "Hero".
Also it was the title of a movie and a song. :o)

Grid Drive on the 2022-08-20 ... the most long Grid Drive ever
Ok ... this was announced as "one of the longest Grid Drives EVER".
Usual I complaining much about the "long" thingy, but this time it was announced and I was able to prepare for it and also the technical stuff was gone mostly well.
Ok, I was end with around 2 hours material from maybe 7 hours driving for the video ... and I was try to make it short for a fast consume, but that machinima was already "focused" while the recording by me, so there wasn't too much to cut out.
To handle the "most long", I was mainly "just" start way much early and around the time, the "mid day"-crew was get on, but also them was widespread. The NavHUD was released very early.
About the regular party at my place, I was then make an interruption ... but also in (my) morning, where the "mid night"-crew starts, I was already 1 hour more early on the roads.
A little advance was also, I wasn't have to deal with some people, that was mutter about the filming and so while the group-drives.
Honestly it is a more complex theme ... and also a collide with a decade old ToS about it in SL, if it comes to capture people -
following there the ToS 100% would become a nutshell, as I would need to check the rules at the average 1,000 parcels (not Sims!) on a single drive ... and then also ask all people and so on ... beside of dealing with the commands by the NavHUD, handle my stuff, adjusting the viewer-settings and so on.
And while 40-60 people on the group-drive events of the drives (average each drive are 150-300 people completing) love to see their "butt" in a video (as like them doing with Instagramm and other "social media" by self) ...
... there are lately 2 ... mmm 3 ... which have some issue with streaming and videos ...
... but instead them "accept their fate" and swallow it or them doing single drives or outside of the group-times, them are muttering about the videos.
